Vipin brings 18 years of experience in building and leading Development, Sales & Customer Services organizations in the semiconductor sector and several Start-Ups in IC Design & Test Services, Real-Estate and Food industries. Prior to co-founding Aone solution, Vipin held various senior management positions in STMicroelectronics, HighWare and Mentor Graphics. Traveling and living extensively around the world, Vipin developed a keen interest in Human Behavior & Management Decision Making process. Vipin Received a Bachelor of Science(EE) and an Engineering Degree(EE) from the Universite Blaise-Pascal at Clermont-Ferrand, France.
Salma Ahmed RJ
Salma brings Sales, Marketing and Serial entrepreneurship experience. She has a natural instinct in sells & Marketing and a very good understanding of the vocational education customer base. She has setup successfully 3 businesses prior to co-founding Aone solution, in Online Education, in Retail Loan & Financing, in Tutorial & Private Coaching and Spoken Language training for Corporates. Prior to setting up these businesses, Salma worked at HDFC Bank. Salma hold a BSc and Bachelors in IT from NIIT.
