Sugato brings 15 years of experience in building and leading sales organizations in technology services sector. Prior to co-founding Openrialto, Sugato spent 9 years in IT Services with MindTree Limited and Planetasia (now Collabera Inc.) - where he led geography and practice profit centers. Earlier, Sugato had stints with Motorola and HCL-Hewlett Packard - working in ICT product sales. Sugato received a B.Tech. in manufacturing engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India. He also holds a MBA from IIM Kolkata, India, where he graduated with marketing major.Sugato’s interests are in selling skills and supply chain management.

Deepak brings over 16 years experience in Change Management Consulting and Training experience in India, France, China and Middle East. He started his career with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, concept selling and account planning. He has trained different profiles of executives across FMCG, Retail, Financial Services and NGOs sectors on variety of sales training programmes.His forte lies in developing and delivering workshops and training programmes in Organisational Development and Executive Training & Coaching in variety of industry verticals like BPOs, IT, ITEs, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing and Energy verticals. He has conducted Leadership Development Plans, TeamBuilding Exercises, Strategy Envisioning Workshops, Change Facilitation/ Awareness Seminars and Negotiation & Enrolment Workshops for different departments within an organization. Well versed in on-the-job coaching and mentoring managers, train-the-trainer programmes and Group Facilitation.
His present interests are Emotional Intelligence, Team Transactions, High Potential Employee Development and using Web 2.0/mobile learning technologies to deliver better Return-on-investments for clients
He is an MBA and a Phd from IIT.
